Our Cuisine

Second only to music and dance food is the passion of Brazil. You will never be disappointed as you explore the many fine ethnic dishes and local favorites of the area.

Our restaurant is located aournd our cabana and pool. Meals start in the morning with our famous Brazilian breakfast… hot steaming Brazilian coffee, seasonal tropical fruits and juices, baked breads, cheeses, pastries and omelets of your choosing.
At noon (sooner if you like) our bar and restaurant opens. Our chef may have a special for the day or you can choose from a wide selection of International and Brazilian favorites.

During the day many of our guests choose to take their meals by the pool or on the beach. In the evening a romantic dinner to candle light is a favorite of many. You can order from our menu or ask our chef for your favorite dish. With a little notice she is always up for a challenge.
