How to Get Here

We are located in the state of Bahia, Brazil. To reach Trancoso you can fly by commercial jet to Porto Seguro. Most connections pass through Salvador though a few flights connect directly from Rio, Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte. You can also find seasonal charter flights connecting directly from Europe to Porto Seguro or Salvador. Trancoso is 26 kilometers by car or cab. The scenic drive includes a ferry river crossing and takes about one hour. For those not familiar with the area, we would be happy to arrange transport from the airport.

For those of you traveling by private jet Terravista, the home of Villa Golf, offers a jet airport and heliport. The 1500 meter (4,921 feet) runway is paved and illuminated for night landings and takeoffs. The Terravista Heliport is located just a few meters from the golf course and is certified for day and night landings. Both the airport and heliport are an 8 minute drive from our Villas.

Car rentals are available at the airport and in the area. If you are not familiar with Trancoso we normally recommend that you let us arrange transportation to our villas. We can then arrange for a rental to be delivered when needed. Many of our guests choose not to rent since the Trancoso Quadrado is only a short distance away.
