COVID -19 Safety Guidelines because your health is important.

The safety of our guests and team are always our top priority. Please know that we are continually monitoring the guidelines and safety information provided by Brazilian health authorities, the World Health Organization (WHO), and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our goal is to ensure that all precautions are taken to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19.

General Hygiene

Whether you are in your villa, enjoying our restaurant, or lounging on our beach be assured that your surroundings are receiving the attention they deserve. All high touch surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout your stay. Hand sanitizers are available in all guest areas as well as your villa. Face masks are available on request and all family groups are asked to respect social distancing from others.

Our Staff

All of our staff have received extensive training on the guidelines provided by the health authorities as well as our own internal protocols. All staff are asked to practice social distancing and wear face masks while at work and to wash their hands or use hand sanitizers frequently throughout the day. All our staff is vaccinated.

Reservations and Concierge Services

All necessary information for check-in can be gathered before your arrival so that you can be escorted directly to your villa. Throughout your stay, a concierge will be available at breakfast and reception to answer questions or provide any assistance you might need. For checkout, we offer the option of on-line checkout if you prefer.

Food and Beverage

During your stay, you are welcome to order all of your meals for delivery to your room or to dine at our open-air restaurant or beach. To ensure your safety all menus can be accessed via a touch-less QR code wherever you are. All tables and surfaces are disinfected before and after your arrival and departure. Hand sanitizers are placed at convenient locations and staff will serve you wearing protective face masks.

Our Beach Area and Villas

To ensure your safety family groups are assigned a designated beach area with comfortable and shaded beach lounges and chairs. All surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day and before your return. Staff serving you on the beach will be wearing face-masks for your protection and theirs.

Our housekeepers will only enter your villa for cleaning while you are away. They will be cleaning and disinfecting all high touch areas, replacing towels, and ensuring that everything is in order for your return.
