We love celebrations! If you are looking for an escape from the beaten path, perfect year-round climate, a golden sand beach, immaculate gardens, and intimate space to share with family and friends then the Villas may have something for you.

We have hosted many wedding and birthday events and would love to discuss the possibilities. For weddings and birthdays, we think we offer the perfect backdrop for an intimate experience with family and friends. Our photos tell our story best.

In recent years we have found that for those seeking a larger property to host their wedding, many families have chosen the Villas for accommodations and special events leading up to and after the wedding. Pre-wedding dinners, post-wedding breakfasts, and parties on the beach are frequently requested by our guests.

Some Frequently Asked Questions
Must we rent all accommodations?
Because weddings and birthdays are privately shared with your closest circle of family and friends we do ask that you rent the full property, 10 villas and suites accommodating up to 29 guests. Since many groups are larger we are also available to assist in finding other nearby accommodations.

Is there a minimum stay when renting the full property?

Yes...a minimum stay of four days is required for the full property.
​
Can you assist in identifying local vendors to help with our event?
Absolutely...we are happy to help with local wedding planners, catering, flowers, tents, music, lighting, photographers, and entertainment. We want to be your partner in ensuring the success of these most special days.
How far in advance should we book?
Since we require rental of the whole property we encourage guests to book as early as possible.

When is the best time for a wedding?

May and June have proven popular, however, there is never a bad time to celebrate these most special occasions.

What are your payment and cancellation policies?
These policies are published on our website. In general we ask for a 50% deposit with final payment two months in advance of arrival. Once we better understand your plans we are happy to forward a proposal.
